01. How do I connect my Samsung wearable device to Lympo?

Make sure that your Samsung wearable device is connected to the Galaxy Wearable app. Next step, please open the Samsung Health app, and check if your activity data from Samsung wearable device syncs to Samsung Health app.

Note: Lympo app takes information from Samsung Health, so to sync your Samsung wearable device to Lympo app, first you have to see information on Samsung Health.

If your Samsung wearable device‘s measurements can’t be transferred to Lympo, please try to reconnect Lympo app to Samsung Health. Go to Menu > Settings > Fitness trackers. Press the “Disconnect” button from Samsung Health and the “Unlock” button to connect back again to Samsung Health. Make sure to toggle the section “All permissions” and press button “Done.”

02. Steps from Apple Health are not transferring over to Lympo or not displayed correctly.

First, make sure that steps and distance ratio is correct and reasonable in Apple Health. Then try to disconnect and reconnect it in Lympo Menu > Settings > Fitness trackers. Keep in mind that steps from not supported third-party apps or smartwatches might not be displayed correctly or you might experience a delay.

03. My steps from Google Fit are not transferring over to Lympo or not displayed correctly.

First, make sure that steps and distance ratio is correct and reasonable in GoogleFit app. Then try to disconnect and reconnect it in Lympo Menu > Settings > Fitness trackers. You will get a pop-up message asking to choose GoogleFit account email. Make sure to select the correct one, otherwise, you will see 0 steps and distance. Keep in mind that steps from not supported third-party apps or smartwatches might not be displayed correctly or you might experience a delay.

04. Do you have an issue joining, starting or finishing challenges?

Don’t worry, we will help you! We can manually reward you even if the challenges ends. Let us know what happened and provide a challenge name with your Lympo account email. Be patient and try to refresh the app if it keeps syncing and won’t update your progress. If the app crashes or asks to contact support, try to reinstall (for Apple phones).

For Android phones try to clear app data:

  1. Press and hold on Lympo app, press “App info”. 
  2. Press “Storage” 
  3. Press button “Clear data”

05. Do you have issues with bonus ad rewards?

To receive Lympo bonus rewards you have to watch an ad to the end. Some of them might require visiting a page, putting in an email address and more. Keep in mind that in some areas ads are less frequent.

06. Are you having trouble connecting Samsung Health to Lympo?

First of all, make sure that both apps are up to date. Then in the Samsung Health app go to Settings > Samsung account > Click “Sync now”. If it still doesn’t connect, you might need to update Samsung Health.

07. How do I add my friends to the leaderboard?

You can add friends to your leaderboard (even if they are users already) by sending them your referral link or by opening theirs. Before opening the referral link make sure that the Lympo app is completely closed (swiped out) and not running in the background.

08. Can I cash out my LYM coins? Do you have gift cards?

If you are a Samsung smartphone user, you can transfer LYM coins outside the Lympo app and exchange them to USD, more details you will find here.
The other way to “cash-out” is to purchase Lympo in-app marketplace goods. We also have gift cards, but keep in mind they are super high in demand and sell out like hotcakes. We restock them almost every week and send a notification.

09. My Samsung Health does not count steps. What should I do?

Make sure that both applications (Lympo and Samsung health) have the location and device movement permissions. You can check that in your phone’s settings->permissions page.

10. The app doesn’t seem to be tracking my movement. What should I do?

Maybe you are inside a building, using a vehicle or walking in tight spaces and not covering much distance? Make sure the battery saving mode is off and location service is set to high accuracy. For some Android phones (e.g. Huawei) you might have to turn off automatic battery optimization mode for Lympo app. If everything is correct but it’s still not working, stop tracking the challenge, restart the app and try again.
